Lexus Carlisle is a friendly, professional dealership. I was not pressured into making a decision. Derek managed to squeeze in an initial test drive even though he was busy ,rather than not have a drive at all. This was followed up by a second test drive for almost an hour which was something I appreciated and needed to ensure the car was right for me.Joshua took me on the second drive. He was enthusiastic and personable . Once I decided to buy the car, Derek took me through the paperwork and handover without any fuss.
I'd recommend Lexus Carlisle to a friend because we found the whole experience very satisfying and the personal attention , professionalism, attitude and manners from sales representative Joshua Ryan were excellent to a high standard and we couldn’t fault him.
